Former NSW Aboriginal Land Council chair looks for ‘more certainty’ around gold mine veto
Former NSW Aboriginal Land Council chair Roy Ah-See says he is looking for “more certainty” around the decision to veto the Blayney gold mine.
Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek continues to face heat for her controversial veto of the $1 billion NSW gold mine on Indigenous heritage grounds.
“It’s more about the process,” Mr Ah-See told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“The Orange Aboriginal land council is really concerned about the process.”
