Australia sees ‘weakest’ growth since 1991 recession apart from pandemic
Sky News host Sharri Markson says Australia has seen the “weakest” growth period apart from COVID-19 pandemic since the 1991 recession.
“The weakest economic growth rate apart from COVID since the 1991 recession,” Ms Markson said.
“Latest figures show GDP only grew by 0.1 per cent in the first quarter of the year.”
