Residents of Melbourne and their children took to the streets on Saturday to protest the COVID-19 vaccine rollout in Australia for children following the government’s approval of the Pfizer vaccine for five to 11-year-olds. The vaccine is not mandatory for children as of writing but the government confirmed there was already 25,000 bookings for children and said that vaccine hubs would be set up at some schools which would allow children to be vaccinated.
